I started writing books when I was 8 years old, after I was nervous about a ski trip that I was going on with my family friends. The purpose of that book was to relieve my anxiety, and what I didn't know was that I would be using that method for years to come.
At thirteen, while sitting in my seventh grade classroom, I had a new book idea: a mystery novel. I got to work immediately, later on having help from my classmates and teachers. That book would later be A Girl Named Ivy.
At almost 18, I'm still writing books, and even teaching other children and teenagers to do the same.
When I'm not writing, I'm either reading, studying, competitively swimming, or drinking Diet Coke (as seen in the picture below...)
